It's a body clock. It's a good thing. It means you live or lived somewhat of a disciplined life. You don't want to end up like the forum rotters who sleep 12 hours per day and don't even hear the alarm when it goes off (They don't hear it because they turn it off so fast and forget they turned it off because they were still in deep sleep)

Not a good thing when youre undersleeping as a result of it.

I got the same shit. Its basicly insomnia but shifted towards the end of the night

10pm -> 5am is 7 hours of sleep. How much sleep do you want? Wake up and go get it. Go find a job and save for surgery or study or something

Js be extremely comfortable. Like your pillow is cold. Your blanket hugs your body allowing you to be warm in the night. Id say get a fan too. Sleeping mask. Melatonan gummies.
