This is my experience on an easy + simple way to fall asleep each night.
note: i've never been a serious insomaniac so my conditions maybe different from you peoples'.
the method: quite simply, stretch for about 30 minutes or until you're otherwise finished after showering and before bed. no other stimulation just breathing, stretching, and reflecting/meditating quietly (preferably in a dark environment)
I tend to stretch my whole body from top to bottom, eg. neck, shoulders, arms, spine, back, hip flexors, glutes, quads, hamstrings feet wrists etc you get the idea.
but at the end i'm always so tired and fall asleep immediately.
other tips include to not use screens about an hour before bed and to work a lot and get sun during the day.
Hope this helps, loooove yall
