I’ve been having trouble sleeping which is absolutely horrid as this is the part of my life where sleep matters a lot. Does anyone know any methods or something to help?

I have been consistently been sleeping at like 2 to 3am and I just don’t know how to to sleep early like it’s just fucking me overJust keep that device away and try to sleep at 11:30 PM atleast so that even if u get up at 6:30 in the morning you'd still get 7 hours of sleep which is enough
Sleep in a dark room with all lights turned off and once you go to bed don't waste your time in overthinking anything
