Just sleep 7 or 8 hours there’s nothing more you can do
 
at least 10 hours i recommend 12 hours under 10 hours=over fallen for jew researches

take melatonin
use a sleep mask if ur room isnt completly dark , helps with deep sleep
use earplugs if ur room/house is noisy also helps with deep sleep
gooning also leaves u a bit more tired after ure finished(goofy advice but if ure sleep deprived and out of options give it a try)
