How to slim/remove nose bump?

I want to find a way to remove the nose bump of the nose like in the example image (mine pretty much looks the same). Im looking for softmaxxes, thought about hydrocortisone but because it is a bone it wont do much probably, prove me worng. If theres any method lmk before I surgerymaxx and spend 1-4k ​

best option. bone cant really be reshaped for the better, especially the nose.

i cba so imma copy paste waht i said in another post.
i see if im not wrong roman nose have a slight bump,as i have taht as well which makes my overall nose look bigger than it actually is.Try skin hydrating or plumping serums if you can afford them cheap option is volufiline and apply it to the top part of your nose the radix which i presume is flatter as its is the bit berfore the hump.Do it after a massage in taht area to pump blood and jus ttry grow skin even by a cm in that area or puffen it up to give you a straighter nose as there is no hooked look in your nose.Aslo i would reccomend contouring and makeup,as i know that might sound gay but just watch a tutorial and you can add a bit of highlights and shadow to give straighter nose look as the light will hit your nose differntyl making it look straighter.BEst option however is obviously surgery
