how to socialise

i was never introverted/nd/high inhib (at least on public), always could interact with ppl normally. i have a lot of irl and online connections.

but i dont have any friends, any geniune connections with people, to who i could talk abt anything at any time. and when i text first i feel like they only respond, but dont really talk to me. even online friends

how do i even socialise? how people make new friends, how they talk to each other? even on internet and discord, how do you find someone and maintain this kind of relationship

if you really weren't you wouldn't be asking how to socialize in the first place. Exposure therapy or start using benzos
