At my workplace, the bosses decided the workers needed a morale boost so they brought a filming crew and filmed a music video with the workers dancing on Pharrell Williams' song "Happy". At the beginning of each day, they would play the video and all of us had to do a "happy" dance so we would start the day with a positive attitude.
But the effect was negative, many people became angry or refused to do the dance after a while, some of them even quit, and in the end they ditched this bad idea.
