How to spend up retinol purge phase before i rope

I know that due to higher cell turnover retinol will give you a purge phase which i am in and the acne is actually killing me is there any way to negate or speed it up chopped ass photo cus i just woke up and needed to go to the shop didnt even shower or clean my face first plus i wasnt locked in

its just shedding/dry skin which is different from purging. Purging comes after weeks of tret

lighting is different but wtvr. If you really think this is a purge then buy Acne Relief Tablets from holland & barret. Or allergy medication, thats what helped me

an anti histamine helped me when starting tret ages ago

i used Zyrtec for a bit (10mg a day, but got drowsiness/brain fog) and eventually moved to Fexo which is slightly less efficient but doesnt cross the blood to brain barrier as much. Do 360mg a day

you can get it off shelves all good. try n find generics online cuz its cheaper too. i paid $20 for 150 pills (180mg each)

Retinol is base its no use if you want actual results. Start with tret 0.025

Im using retinal not ol my mistake but i plan on using tret but im building up as someone said to do that and im a mindless slave so i just did it as it seemed right

Its okay go for retinol for 1 month and use 4 times a week the shift to tret .
Trust me I also used retinol but tret gave me actual results and before shifting do research

Depends on your country. Mostly it is available on medical stores unless your country had retard rules
