How to spot good maxilla

Guys im having a hard time distinguishing between a flat maxilla and a developed maxilla, so what are the features? I look at people and one day it looks flat but other days ideal. I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction

if ur posture is correct it should be easy to tell. its also a spectrum its not black/white. most likely its underdeveloped tho since most people are cooked

See if their mouth overshoot their forehead. Pretty accurate for determining lower maxillary forward growth unless their upper third is recessed. Just look at pics of ppl with underbite to see recessed maxillas
