How to start living life and get out from head? I just can't.

I found a blackpill recently, about half a year ago and now I am always in my head. Prior to blackpilling myself I had already problems.

Recently went to a club for the first time at 19 y o and was anxious and needy as fuck. I was looking around and not "confident enough". People were dancing while I also tried, was drunk, smoked, helped a lil bit but I am still in my head. Still there are feelings that go from childgood that I am not enough, that I am not good enough, interesting, etc. I have heard a lot advices: "It is just in your head" and I am trying to fight those thoughts. I started to socialise more but it seems that is too late already. How tf I am gonna evolve socially normally when my folks were doing it since 15 y.o going on social events etc. People always ask me why I am so sad, I don't know how answer those questions, I can't tell em about that. I have no social media as well. It can be perceived as weird.


Even writing this thread I feel anxious, although I probably never gonna see u irl.

If you were in the west you would have to work 10x hard to get a girl and the ones that you have access to are overweight with piercings and colored hair.
