Is it good to start looksmaxxing (hardmaxxing) at a young age like the start of puberty?

id love to help you bro idfk if im doing it right but take something like a trophy like something solid and hit your zygos jawline and chin till its red but dont go too near to your nose with your zygo because your sensitive there i think there is a nerve

at puberty you should be bothering yourself with diet (eat protein heavy foods) and mewing maybe dabble a bit into sports and training also you can get braces if you jaw issues

Im on a calories deficit i wanna lower my bf% and i already see results like my jawlineis very good and i mew too i do everything to imorove my looks for now safely
