STARVE MAXXING INTRO(FASTING)
so you want to starvemax but after 12 hours you fucking quit because “i could start tommorow” and you end up binging 3000 calories.
Well as a pro starver i will give you tips to maximize the time without food while minimizing the strength you feel hunger.
WHAT THE FUCK IS HUNGER
So after you eat your body releases fucking insulin, That shit tells all the nutrients to go into some fucking stores, muscle then fat.
The fucking problem is when insulin depletes your body starts unlocking fat stores.
Your body would rather suck more dicks than bonnie blue than use fat stores.
So it causes the release of ghrelin.
(The body’s logic is, If food is available eat now save storage for times of need)
So thats why after 12-24 hours your fucking binging when you break your fast.
HOW TO GET PAST THAT
Best way is to just be a man and fucking starve like food doesnt exist.
Second best is to make the crash less hard on yourself and body.
24 hours before your fast eat your maintenance in protien
avoid carbs cause carbs = hungry
that should push you to 24 hours with minimum effort. THATS LITTERALY THE HARD PART JUST GETTING PAST THE INITIAL GHRELIN SPIKES.
DAYS 1-7
After 24 hours youve succesfully tricked your body into thinking theres no food.
In response your gonna get less and weaker ghrelin spikes.(waves of hunger)
At this point eating becomes a mentality of “yeah i could eat but its not like i have to.”
You will get a superiority complex as you see weak minded individuals have No control over their eating habits in front of you. While you have been starving longer than them but somehow are less hungry.
BREAKING FAST
okay youve reached your goal. time to break fast
after starving for so long usaully 5 days +
you should refeed with protien to not fucking die of shock. If you use carbs eat 200> calories wait like 3 hours then eat another small amount.
Your prob gonna feel like binging from breaking this fast.
Eat however you want just remember that if you go over your maintenance you just thugged out X days of starving for no reason.
When i break a fast i eat alot of protien, some carbs.
THE END( HM TIPS )
1. Start your fast after dinner 5-8 PM. So you go through the hunger withdrawals in your sleep
2. Eat hella protein( to blunt hunger signals)
3. DIET SODA
4. Avoid boredom. Hunger is easy its boredom that causes people to break fasts
5. Try to sleep as much as possible( Time hacking)
6. Have fun
PS, i wrote ts out of boredom because i am fasting. My personal experience is after 24 hours it just gets very boring to not eat.
24-48 hours is just trash cause you not getting the full hormone benefits of fasting
48-72 is more boring but now your body is locking in and hunger basically is disappearing fully.
72- 168 is just looking in the mirror and getting satisfaction from the fat melting off your body.
