How to stay frequent with work outs?

Im thinking because i sometimes just randomly work out but im fucking framecel twink and frequency is law for making gains.

Im thinking of getting an alarm for a certain time daily when i gotta work out.

Whats some other advice?

make it a routine and get used to it

then you dont need motivation, you just know you have to do it and you will out of habit.

we prob just have to inject test ngl im job hunting rn hopefully i get a job in couple week so i can get some test e and dut and get 1ml extra filler

You don't have to go to the gym everyday. You'll see progress even on 2 or 3 days a week. But those workouts need to be very intense and you need to lift as heavy as possible with proper mind muscle connection. @Luca_.

frequency and good form is important not intensity jfl.

once you actually have a routine, stick with it, change things every 6 months or so max. dont switch things too often, ive been doing the same routine for a year without any issues

You don’t even need more than 3 days depending on your split
frequency and good form is important not intensity jfl.
both matter. If you have shit frequency you won’t see much progress, but if you have shit intensity you also won’t go far

both matter. If you have shit frequency you won’t see much progress, but if you have shit intensity you also won’t go far
yes im aware, u should go up in weight but frequency is way more important than doing shit in shit form with high intensity. Its fucking over for u

If you have high frequency workouts with less intensity you will make more progress than high intensity low frequency
muscle growth happens only at 1-2RIR or failure
