But if test actually makes u break out yeah nah im fucked, i did an accutane cycle for 3 month and i be getting a pimple once a month or every 2 month on my face it goes away usually within like 6 day. I never tried tretnoin though, i know clav used it but it made his skin dry asf, and my skin is pretty dry as it is so i dont feel like i need more of that

Even with perfect form if you're not pushing close to failure you're just wasting your time. I only did 2-3 variations for each muscle ever week with heavy compund lifts and my arms still blew up. @Luca_.frequency and good form is important not intensity jfl.
