Starting a job soon, and I don't want to be too stressed about it, how do you keep your cortisol low while wageslaving, besides like not gaf about the job itself, bc I lowkey need to not get fired from it (easy job)

What job is this? There are so many jobs out there that you clock in for an 8 hour shift, but 90% of the shift is spent chilling on YouTube and the remaining 10% is actual work. So find one of those jobs.

If you don't want to work an entire 8 hour shift, you should avoid physical labour jobs

For me, most of the cortisol is from being forced to be in an office around normies which induces a high baseline cortisol level just from introversion that can make an 8 hour day seem like 24 hours.

When they start talking about their life experiences that I will never have it also causes a massive cortisol spike.

The remainder of cortisol is caused by the knowledge that I am literally wasting my very limited time when I could be outside - ideally slaying, but at least not suffering and able to do what I want.

The actual work doesn’t even come into it.

So to actually answer the question: the only low cortisol job would be a WFH job where you had little responsibility and could just do something else for 90% of the day. Or possibly a very solitary job like a train driver.

Sleep, gym, good diet = low cortisol. Job won’t stress you if the rest of your life is solid.

Bullshit, you need to add “rich and a slayer” to that list. If you are getting mogged to the grave every second you are at work by the normies, you can never have low cortisol.

Yeah I've noticed that the shift goes a lot quicker when you're actually doing something, rather than speaking to others and shit.
