Never been drunk tbh, also I got alcoholism in my family so chances of me getting hooked once I try it might end badly. I think it could be my only escape from inhibition but also do not want to start doing it.

Drugs (depressants) and exposure (trial and error) have worked the best for me.

Alcohol usually does the trick but if youre a giga sperg then maybe xanax or benzos, they calm your nerves and stop you from overthinking everything which = lower inhibition/less spergy. Exposure is simply practice - just keep socialising until you get good at it theory.
