How to stop and nosebleed while on accutane

I’m taking accutane rn, in taking 40 mgs twice a day and one of the really bad things is that I’m having daily nosebleeds and j don’t know what to do. Sometimes they are really bad and some times they are mild but anyways how can I stop them or help treat them

My derma told me to put vaseline into my nose like the inner layer to moisturize it since it gets dry, I dont think it helped but you can give it a try but the nosebleeds normally go away after a lil bit

try owering the dose to like 40-60mgs. try saline Spray + humidifier and vaseline on the insides of youre nose. i personally dealt with it without any of these but its fucked to bleed like every 1 hour
