Then I started taking a minute before responding
You're in panic when somebody disrespects you, so you just ramble some nonsense or just sit there quietly.

I put him in a weak headlock, he escaped and I gave him three swingers

Blood came out of his mouth and my white hoodie is stained dark red / brown

If someone disrespects me even slightly, i start giving it back in 10x volume. Worked since middle school to university. Sometimes i eat it when i could really be in danger though, but uhh... there is like a knight's codex and they said that fighting one against ten is not a bravery but a stupidity.

You could probably start playing competitive video games and start raging at those who disrespect you though.
