How to stop being a dopamine addicted slave?

I deleted all my games on my computer but now I'm postmaxxing on looksmax jfl. Should I dopamine fast instead of losing precious time?

find more interesting activities to quell your need for stimuli, i.e mountain-biking, climbing, swimming.

I just look around for rare plants and mushrooms in meadows.
