whenever im outside and theres a family meeting i become autistic, if im at home i lock myself in my camera till the guests dont go away, especially if there are kids or girls my age, i may stay whenever there are old people, and when im in public and another group comes with us (friend of friends) i just akwardly just dont speak nor make eye contact and make an excuse to go home

From a pharmacological perspective, pregabalin can reduce social inhibition but I doubt you want to have to use drugs just to have a decent conversation, so you really just have to start putting yourself into situations where you have to talk to people. A job in retail is ideal for this
