How to be dominating stand his ground in a nonchalant type of guy??

I am almost 23 yet getting bullied verbally in Uni.

I am emotionally weak/too nice/non asssertive.

When I lift weight and got slighly muscular I felt invincible, words/insults did not hurt me, I amuse and exaggerate with funny tone. I thought it was placebo

I personally do sarms and people accuse me of roiding and its clearly visible that I lift because I have a prominent v taper and 16,5 inch arms with a bicep and forearm veins at 18 that will def impress everyone and you will catch looks solely for your physique
I have acquired this physique after 1 year of natty cuck lifting and two 2-months' sarm cycles. You can do it fast if you start roiding or sarms now

Start boxing/kickboxing/muay thai and obviously lift. When you know you can beat the other guy to death, his words aren't going to mean much are they? Also, don't be afraid to talk shit back, that's the only way men are going to respect you. They'll think twice about talking shit if they know you'll hit back at them. Do not take roids.

my bidelt is 56 cm and people tell me that I am wide constantly and I width mog most of the males
or maybe thats not much and it just looks wide in comparison to my thin waist
