How to stop binging at night?

I always get so hungry at night and sometimes go over my calorie deficit calories. Does anyone have any tips on how to stop this urge every night

it is completely ok to go hungry some nights
if it's absolutely irresistable eat some fruits or vegetables or some other low cal stuff
 
Eat more during the afternoon

i don’t usually I just get the urge too tho
i dont understand . theres so many options nowadays to destroy your appetite and you are prefering to get crazy from hunger because " muh i am disciplined"

mabye I leanmaxxed before for 4 months straight before and got really lean without having one cheat day and then I fell for bulking meme

idk i just realised that cheat days are a meme and you have to remove them almost completely,basically to have a lifestyle where you eat at your maintenance or below. and do cheat days only on special occassions . 2 months of binge went me from 62,5 KG to 72 kg

punch yourself everytime u got the urge

Wake up and go to sleep at the same time every day, and try to be active throughout the day. By bed time you'll feel so tired you'd rather sleep than do anything else.
 
drink some coffee/tea or drink water until u feel like throwing up(not the healthiest way but better than binging ig)
or find some activity that makes u busy: go for a walk,read a book play some vidya games
