You just have to stop thru willpower. I used to bite them all the time. Let them grow a entire month then use a nail clipper and don't go back

Biting nails is like a ritual for me. I only do it when I'm clean. If my hands are covered with grime from the busy day I can't bite them. When I'm busy I don't bite my nails.
