I already do this my doctor told me to maybe tone it down on the water
Idk then, I’m sure you could just eat less in general so you don’t crave as much

as an enjoyer of aggressive cutting and a hater of smoking here are my recommendations:
- mint gum or just overally chewing on something, im autistic so i like chewing on bottle caps
- sweet but actually good shit (like cottage cheese with little bit of sugar, bananas or any other fruits, yogurts with whey isolate, 0kcal syrups) to satisfy cravings
- fuck ton of water or just 0kcal sugary drinks like monster zero

then idk what more you can do. if youre cutting just do a refuel day and eat like 4000kcal and 300g of protein. helps me if im dying with cravings.
I eat like 4k cals everyday

Stupid monkey ape why arent you running reta by now, hopped on 4 days ago, i went from eating 3k a day daily without knowing to now struggling to eat over 800 calories getting in my protein feels like bulking. are you scared of the needle?
