How to stop flakes falling from scalps?

Been having this problem for long time. Has anyone here encountered something same? Im not sure if the flakes are dandruff or dry skin.

wash your hair consistently, if that doesnt work see a doctor
 
thats called serborheicc dermatitis lol u cant get rid of it its gonna be there for life gg
