How to stop frizzy hair?

when i get out the shower and style my hair it looks alright for like an hour or so until it dries off or i go outside in the wind then it just goes frizzy and messy and looks shit. atm i only style my hair while its wet and let it dry into position i dont use any products so what products should i use that will help hold my hairstyle and stop it becoming frizzy?
