How to stop genetically premature white hairs?

My father and grandfather had white hairs since like 20 and I am heading there so my question is if I can do anything else except dying my hair. I did a blood test to see if I have any vitamin deficiency and I don't except vitamin d which I already take a supplement. I also very rarely stress.

I saw that this might help but Yea its prob cope but im gonna try anyway to test especially because its not expensive also I saw bhringraj powder and batana oil helped some people also fo ti

been there bro, white hairs started poppin up for me around 18-20 too. i tried a bunch of shit like amla oil and whatnot but nothing crazy helped honestly. might as well just dye it or embrace the salt & pepper look when it gets more noticeable. lowkey makes you look more mature
