Bad advice. YOU SHOULD GO TO A DOCTOR AND GET CHECKED FOR YOUR ESTROGEN LEVELS. HE WILL DO THE REST. There is no reason for your estrogen level to be above normal level. If you crash your e2 with nolva-adex you will feel miserable.

My symptoms

constant stinging in both nipples (for a few months now, but it's mostly un noticeable)
nipples are standing up
chest has some 'rubbery' flesh (that's apparently what gyno's supposed to feel like)

Curries and blacks have gyno most of the time that's why ..the only way to compensate for it is to gymmaxx so the boob-y look of your chest goes away ...no worries tho we all have flaws

I'm assuming you train chest and trying to keep a low bf?

You can't literally a small percentage of men get it during puberty. Unless you are on gear and have a weird growth they can remove it for free just dont say your on gear tbh
