How to stop hairgrowth on parts of my face ?

Ive got fine hairs growing on my cheeks reaching my eyes, my forehead too, bit of unibrow.
Removing them will be a looksmax for better complexion and texture.
Shaving doesnt work the hairs just grow back fast.
Plucking is very hard since they are fine and they just break.
