How do you stop jerking? At one point I was clean for almost a year then it came back strong. Until like last month I was beating it 3 times a day. I started punishing myself whenever I would jerk off and it worked for a bit but eventually I just got used to the punishment. I’m down to once a day right now which is still way too high but it is lower, so is there any way to stop easier? It just so hard for me.
