I’ve always been a skinny guy and I weigh about 60kgs. I haven’t done any kind of sport after graduating only walking the dog which is like 5000 steps but somehow I’ve been losing weight and I look even skinnier than before when I played soccer or volleyball at school.
What could be causing this and what should I eat in order to recover some of the weight I’ve lost
Hitting the gym is the most obvious answer but is there something else?
