Forget about it. Distract your mind with other things such as a hobby or maybe just try something new. Maybe get a healthier addiction such as reading a book or fapping(kidding)

I never got addicted lol was doing it till about March or something until the vape died and I couldn't be fucked getting a new one.

Yeah idk I tried all the brands with nicotine it feels good but it's so expensive since they are banned in Australia.

Just never found what people enjoyed about it.

I get more dopamine drinking a cold glass of water than a few puffs from a vape
