idk how to fix my eczema

ive had eczema for most of my life and currently its alot better then it used to be but ive tried multiple ways to help it but nothings working currently its to the pointy where ill wake up at night just to itch uncontrollably and idk how to stop it any tips?

as for you scratching at night, try wearing a cotton long sleeve when you sleep to prevent scratching

try to slowly cut out gluten from your diet, eat more fiber, your doing good with cutting out processed foods and sugars, eating gut healthy foods: salmon, greek yogurt, berries, n rice. what helped me a lot was eating a yogurt bowl daily, with a lot of gut friendly & anti inflammatory ingredients.
yogurt bowl:
greek yogurt
blueberries (anti inflammatory)
strawberries (anti inflammatory)
carrots (fiber + gut soothing)
oats (prebiotic fiber)
honey (gut-calming and anti-inflammatory)

I had really bad eczema that itched really bad and was so bad it would keep me up at night a few years ago. Personally, what I did was bleach baths, and while it didn't go away completely after the bleach treatments it's like 90% gone and it doesn't really affect my life anymore. That's what worked for me.

dupixent didnt really help me after being on it for 6 months

It saved me ... and then my insurance stopped covering it
