How to structure gym boxing and running help

I do gym on Monday full upper body. boxing on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. Then full lower body on Thursday. Before last boxing season. Then rest on Saturday then do a run on Sunday I think I should be running at least twice but I don’t know.

Ye, but you have to train different like no more bodybuilding and shit
Not really you can still do 2 sets to failure but with different exercises like plyometics
