Every time I try to self study chemistry and biology I feel like I can't retain the info. Am I studying wrong?

I feel like it's hard to focus on the studying. It feels like I'm forcing it.

I usually fuck the book and cum inside and then i retain the knowledge by the differences in surface feeling due to the ink from the letters

For biology i’d use active recall using flashcards. idk about chemistry cause i’ve yet to take it and don’t wanna till after i graduate hs but you can probably use ai to help you study for it, pretty much everyone used ai to study stem now.

I'm going to try to upload my textbook into ChatGPT and then spend hours quizzing myself. Hopefully that'll work
