because your e2 levels are above baseline, you got this prescribed. His are at a normal range, low dose anastrozole would be alr tbh

That's not how it works? You would get it prescribed to keep growth plates open due to e2 levels above baseline as I said. Normal people have a well designed endo system that is disrupted by aromatase inhibs. I fucked up my hpta axis for life due to AAS usage at such a young age.
