How to tell if my frame is worth gymmaxing?

If you have subhuman insertions and hips wider than your shoulder its not worth it, just be lean.

just put in the same amount of effort into physical exercise as you do into mental gymnastics

Those with a bad frame need to gymmax the most to compensate.

Those with an average frame will see the biggest improvement when going from skinny to muscular.

Those with a good frame don't need to gymmax because they are already somewhat aesthetic, but if they do it they will become mogging machines

Therefore, everyone should lift weights

- If your an ectomorph it's over (hard-gainer)
- if your a mesomorph (fast-gainer)
- If your an endomorph (do cardio first)

Unless your frame is clearly bad.. it's good, people really underestimate how muscle on your neck, trap, shoulders and upper back can transform a physique.

what about a skinnyfatomorph subhuman?
 
i became skinnyfat cause of corona but when i lifted i gained very good muscle mass even with shit diet in a pretty short time natty.why do some people get skinny fat when they eat like shit and sit down at school+home all day?is it all about metabolism?

It's mainly about your body type, if you are probably getting gains fast you are probably a endo-mesomorph. You have a fast metabolism as well.
