This my method personally.

Waistline is one of the best ways. .45 ratio waist to height is about 15-16% body fat. .42 is about 12%. .4 is 8-10%.

Visible veins on forearms is 14-16%. Popping veins is 8-12%.

Ab outline is 15-16%. Visible abs (where you can see packs), is around 12%.

Let me know if this sounds accurate.

What if you can see the outline of one green vein in ur arm but nothing else and it doesn’t protrude also? I can just see it in direct sunlighy

I’m guessing it’s near the top of forearm (close to elbow). I’d say high teens like 18-19%. Maybe 20% if you’re really muscular.

Skin caliper is decent but has high margin of error as it doesn’t measure visceral fat.

Also it varies a decent bit based on how and where you measure. You need to be skilled to use it properly imo.
