how do we know which one will tighten the lower eye lid and give a more squinted look ?

i'm afraid of wasting money on infraorbital implants and get barely any benefit

Only for the squint look or also for dark circles due to bad under-eye support?

it's more for the squint look , my lower eyelids are a bit droopy and round

are you sure it won't look uncanny and strechted like a cartoon ?

my canthal tilt is neutral

Or blepharoplasty. seen some great results from that.

fillers i'm "eh" about in under the eyes

I got tear troughs though how I fix that?

Best way to fix dark circles? Does fat grafting do a good job? Also what about UEE?

Almost always ends up looking uncanny. Most people with tight lower lids have good support from bone.
when it's done well it doesn't look uncanny at all

it's not always a matter of bone , sometimes it's just the skin that needs lifting and tightness
