you can do things other ways, in cartels they depend on you to be trusted and truthful. someone with autism might be disliked and could be framed for petty/minor things worst case scenario big things and you get uploaded on liveleak.
That's why I hesitated to join them when my ex friend told me I could join his cousin and the mafia he works at. Idk since neither of my parents are autistic, but I have a cousin who is on the spectrum but not diagnosed and his mom treats him like shit so I pity him. Most of my relatives are on the anti-social spectrum or the schizophrenic one.

My friends were always careful about that and it's like a big thing to not be 'fake' so if u don't take responsibility u get beat up it's , but when ever I ever got caught with drugs I made sure to make them think it was only me, and they do the same, it's very rare for people to snitch for some drugs, maybe on a large scale where they are going to prison for life or something but ion see this happening on anyone's day to day life ...
