Don’t need medication I don’t have anything like ADHD, I just want a good protocol for caffeine during the day so I can be productive as fuck.

Also I wanna make sure I don’t become too reliant and am using healthily.

Any advice?

double espresso waking up monster zero at lunch (low carb to not crash), double espresso at 4pm

I’ll do this except nothing past lunch. I’ll only need two hits.
