How to use eplerenone help me what to do and what to avoid help help

Can I drink raw miIk I drink like 2 litre
My bf is 15%
Do I need to avoid eplerenone rn
Get lean and do I need to avoid milk cause raw milk has potassium and pasturised bloat me
Also I am minox it giving me bloat that's y I am considering eplerenone 50mg daily help me

You will def be fine dont get fearmongered, that being said you should prob start with 25mg and build up to 50 to assess how you feel bc both minox and eplerenone lower blood pressure. Also eplerenone is potassium sparing so if you drink milk that contains a lot of potassium u could experience hyperkalemia. But tbh eplerenone is kinda cope u will def be fine just try to take it easy when u start to see how u feel and what you can tolerate.

no u dont need to avoid milk but just be mindful of the ammount of potassium u consume so it dosnt get too high, but you are way to high inhib for this its really not something to overthink ur gonna be fine
