i’m gonna buy follistatin soon and use it for a month alongside a loading phase of creatine for the first week then 5g everyday after that
i’m not sure what to buy though, there’s follistatin 343 which is like £80 for 1g and the instructions are to take 1 microgram a day, does anyone know what to buy and what to do? some instructions say i’m meant to inject it but i wanna take it orally
