How to use hdac inhibitors/Gh without nose enlargement?

I’ve noticed @androgenic had an insane transformation using vorinostat with other compounds. He got a better brow ridge , Maxilla , zygos but his nose didn’t grew. I thought that by using roids the nose would be impacted as well and i’ve seen videos of people claiming it grew there nose but i’m not quite sure how to not have nose growth while on high dose gh or other stuff. Any explanation for androgenicd transformation?
Does gh or vorinostat affect Nose growth?
