tretinoin causes meibomian gland disorder and vision problems in many people and i had experienced some vision problem too. what can i do to use tret without vision problems i have to use that shit

I don't think you can. some may have less sides but even with .025 strength once a week 2cm+ from eyes I had symptoms. I think part of it goes systemic and others' experiences would support this. diagnosing MGD is hard as well on your own so it can often go unnoticed
