I have an healthy skin but i dont like my skin tone and would like to be more white and never heard on how to do it, when i ask AI about the question they tell me its impossible. Is it really ?

AI is right. You cannot safely make your skin lighter than its natural tone. However, you can use some topical retinoids, niacinamide, vitamin C, kojic acid, and most importantly, always use SPF if UV index is above 2. If you really want to lighten your skin, you can try monobenzone, but research first.

You can do a lot of things (do them alltogether):
1. Sunscreen daily -- broad-spectrum SPF 30-50 on face/neck/ears; reapply if you're outside
2. Avoid peak sun (11:00-16:00) and use hats/shade
3. Daily basics -- gentle cleanser once or twice, lightweight moisturizer morning+night
4. Active brighteners (start one at a time): vitamin C serum in the morning and/or niacinamide; these even tone and boost brightness
5. Weekly maintenance: gentle exfoliation 1x-2x per week (AHA or BHA)
6. avoid bleach creams, mercury products, steroids, or oral "whitening" pills -- they're not worth it.
