How to widen IPD

If ur still young and in ur growth spurt ( no OBO ) my esr is also low 0.44-3 while having no zygos lol my maxilla is bad lateraly and my palate is kinda narrow ( teeth smile worse than palate itself lol ) my radix is also excelent and high but its OP thing so dont wanna take it lower

You should generally consult with orbital surgeons about any possible procedures

An increase in esr is what we are aiming for
The gamble would be zygos being pushed out and taking the orbital rim with them, increasing the distance between the eyes and ultimately the pupils

Its already unlikely to influence the zygos so much that they then affect the orbital rim and further you would have to get overproportional orbital to zygo advancements
If the eye spacing gets wider proportionally to the zygos, the ratio would stay the same
Although it would still look better probably just from the sheer improvement in distance

You can decrease IPD by increasing facial width but not the other way without extreme surgeries like OBO. You could increase PFL slightly to decrease the close set appearance though. Also high levels of GH may widen IPD based on evidence but with extreme side effects
