how to widen lower palate?

my upper palate is wide 10 tooth smile but the jaw palate is subhumanly narrow

Well until a better method is invented that's practically the only option besides braces which don't really expand the lower palate

chewing mastic expands upper and lower palate both but result would take atleast a year

My lower palate followed the expansion of my upper palate as far, i manage to keep my teeth in contact most of the time.
On the other hand the only way surgically speaking is MSDO which is not really recommended.
