I'm gonna have the same issue after I get sliding genio jfl, it's caused by chin or masseters being disproportionally longer than the body of the jaw. I don't think it's worth fixing tbh but you can get jaw angle implants

Yes , it's either caused by narrow chin or antegonial notch . I don't know what causes it in me , because my bigonial isn't narrow.
