probably not as much as you think, paleo-atlantids can have pretty dark skin naturally although he looks more like a north-atlantid due to how long and narrow his head is.

there's parts of norway that have a ton of these, they've got dark hair too, but they're native people, we also get them in my country in the small religious towns that haven't had much admixture.
